We have a Sister Church program where we connect Western churches with Ukrainian churches during these difficult years. Holy Trinity Church in Kyiv is one of these churches partnered with Camelback Bible Church in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Sasha was one of the deacons of their church who suffered a stroke several years ago and is cared for by church members. Bombs are dropping all around Kyiv with air raid sirens going off. But because he lives on the seventh floor, he is unable to get to a bomb shelter for protection. With the funds from their Sister Church, they are able to bring him food and medicine when they go to visit to encourage this dear brother in Christ.
