Paul and Helen were our first two refugees that actually arrived the night before Russia commenced its genocide against the Ukrainian people. They were kingdom workers in Kremminchug and decided to heed the US Embassy advice to evacuate the country. Paul is a member of Emmanuel Faith Community Church where my daughter, mother, sister, brother-in-law, niece and her husband attend church in Escondido, California. Helen is a Russian citizen who was born in Kyrgyzstan.
