When the call came to train churches in Ukraine—to equip them with a strategic youth ministry approach developed by Reach Out Youth Solutions—many of you responded. You prayed. You gave. You believed God was doing something eternal in a place most had never seen.
Barry St. Clair, the founder of ROYS, was the one God used to send us to Ukraine. And when we arrived, we discovered we weren’t alone. You were there with us—through every training session, every late-night conversation with youth leaders, every breakthrough moment when a pastor’s eyes lit up with new vision for the next generation.
Together, we watched God move.
Now, three decades later, the journey continues in ways none of us could have imagined. Barry has retired from ROYS, but God keeps writing the story. Recently, we were blessed to reconnect with him online—a gift of encouragement, a reminder that what God starts, He sustains. Barry still mentors youth leaders around the world, and the thread that connects us all remains the same: Christ’s love for the next generation.
