Ukraine Housing Project Brings Hope to War Refugees Through Faith-Based Partnership

Through the power of prayer and the generosity of partners worldwide, Jesus is transforming lives and communities across Ukraine in ways that continue to exceed our expectations. One Collective’s passion—”No one is invisible, and everyone has access to food, freedom, and forgiveness”—is becoming reality as we witness God’s redemptive work bringing physical, social, and spiritual transformation to those devastated by war.

At the heart of this transformation is the Visible Fund, where partners with similar passion have invested to create lasting community change. This innovative fund invests in social businesses and viable projects worldwide, creating sustainable solutions that address immediate needs while building long-term hope. One remarkable example is STUD Frame Homes in Ukraine, born from our Rebuild Ukraine movement. This ministry venture is constructing the Velyki Lazy IDP Community, providing shelter for families displaced by Russian aggression. The same skilled hands have built the frame for Blossom Cottage, a Christian group home for special needs orphans through Shade For Children, and soon will begin construction on a rehabilitation center for war victims in the Carpathian Mountains. As these projects become self-sustaining, funds are returned through the Visible Fund to launch new ventures, multiplying impact far beyond the initial investment.

God has opened another remarkable door. The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) has provided a generous grant to build an apartment building that will house ten additional displaced families fleeing this genocidal war. The frame has already been constructed at our factory in Eastern Ukraine and loaded onto trucks for delivery to Velyki Lazy, where it will join seven existing homes. Your prayers and support have been vital in bringing this project to fruition—from sharing the vision to providing furnishings that transform these structures into true homes. Every family housed, every orphan sheltered, every wounded soul finding healing points not to human efforts, but to Jesus, who works through willing hearts to bring light into the darkest places. Thank you for being essential partners in this kingdom work.
