This was of God. We had a cancellation and Mike Hallenback, one of the founding members of our Transform Uzhhorod Alliance, lined us up with an IDP center in Velyki Lazy. Our contact was the village official in charge of housing. Since this is where we are building our IDP Community God placed us in contact with the most strategic man in the village.
