Igor and Alyona Minenko, directors of RD Ministry and spiritual leaders of the Light For The Nations Messianic Community, opened up our second IDP Center of the Ukraine Collective on the morning of the Russian invasion on February 24, 2023. They assisted our first refugees, an American/Russian missionary couple, to leave Ukraine and eventually start a new ministry in a Central Asian country. They ran two homes, which at its height was crowded with 35 IDPs. Today they care for 16 in their two homes. They are assisted by a Dungeness Community Church (Sequim, Washington) in the Sister Church Association.
