As we were planning the construction of the Velyki Lazy IDP Community, we looked for a church we could partner with nearby to minister to the IDPs that would live in our center. We found that there was no evangelical church within three miles (6 km) which includes ten villages of 11,500 people. We decided to plant a church as part of our IDP Community. New Hope Evangelical Church, which runs one of the IDP Centers of the Transform Uzhhorod Alliance, came out with their leaders to pray for this new church plant. They are also prayerfully considering partnering with One Collective in the leadership of this church plant.
