The Foundation has been laid for Complex 4 of the Velyki Lazy IDP Community which will consist of two homes. The small home in the rear will house the security guard for the community and the medium size home will house a family of four. We have enough funds to erect the frame for Complex 4, but we will need to raise another $30,000 to finish it for housing of IDP families.
