Our Reach
- Currently coaching six churches in youth ministry
- Five in the Dnipropetrovsk region
- One in Kyiv
Our Approach
We utilize the Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry strategy developed by Reach Out Youth Solutions (ROYS). This approach emphasizes discipleship over programming, focusing on six essential elements:
- Backed by prayer
- Leaders living under the Lordship of Christ
- A trained leadership team
- A professional discipleship strategy
- Penetration of the youth culture
- Classic evangelism
Addressing the Discipleship Gap
In our 25 years of coaching churches in Ukraine, we’ve identified discipleship as a critical area for improvement. The challenges are twofold:
- Time and personnel constraints
- Difficulty in practical application of learned concepts
Our Solution: Hands-On Discipleship Training
To bridge this gap, we’ve implemented a comprehensive training program:
- One-year online discipleship course for youth leadership teams
- Utilizes the Huddle system from “Building A Discipling Culture” by Mike Breen
- Provides practical modeling of effective discipleship techniques
By investing in these youth leaders, we’re not just building stronger church programs – we’re cultivating a generation of young Ukrainians equipped to live out their faith and impact their communities.
