STUD Frame Homes: Building Hope Through Partnership

We are thrilled to share exciting news about STUD Frame Homes, a social business born from the collaborative vision of One Collective and the Holub Brothers, Sergey and Dima.

A Partnership Forged in Service

Our journey together began in 2021 when Dima and his crew constructed the model home for our other social enterprise, Carpathian Homes. What started as a professional relationship deepened when Russia’s invasion created an urgent need for housing. Together, we pivoted to building homes for internally displaced persons (IDPs), answering a critical humanitarian call.

The partnership flourished as we expanded our ministry work to Apostolove, the Holub brothers’ frontline city. There, we’ve been privileged to provide youth ministry coaching and discipleship support to their local church.

Growth Through Generous Investment

Thanks to a significant investment from One Collective, we were able to help establish the STUD Frame Homes factory and formalize our partnership. This collaboration has blossomed into our second Community Transformation Alliance in Apostolove, uniting four evangelical churches with the mayor’s administration in common purpose.

Beyond our cornerstone project—the Velyki Lazy (Big Meadow) IDP Community—we’re honored to have been commissioned by Shade for Children, a valued partner within the Transform Uzhhorod Alliance. This project involves constructing the frame and roof for Blossom Cottage, a specialized private orphanage serving children with special needs.

Looking Ahead with Purpose

The future holds even more opportunity for impact. Our project pipeline includes a veterans’ camp focused on trauma counseling and new headquarters for a Christian denomination. True to our mission, all profits generated through STUD Frame Homes will be channeled directly into various Transform Ukraine initiatives.

We are deeply grateful for your continued prayers and financial support, which make this vital work possible. Together, we’re not just building structures—we’re building hope, community, and pathways to healing for those affected by conflict.
