The Church of the Living God (COLG) in Uzhhorod—a founding member of our Transform Uzhhorod Alliance—has beautifully adapted the Alpha Course as an entry-level discipleship program, and we’re thrilled to share how this connects to the ministry you make possible.
Over the past decade, COLG has diligently trained their members in evangelism, and God has honored their faithfulness with souls coming to Christ! These new believers are then nurtured through Alpha Course, receiving the biblical foundations they need for their spiritual journey.
Here’s where your partnership shines: this particular Alpha Course was filled primarily with internally displaced people who have found refuge in Uzhhorod—the very families being served through our IDP centers across the city. And Marina, whose ministry you support through your gifts and prayers, was able to serve as one of the small group leaders in this Alpha Course.
The women Marina serves through the Alliance’s IDP ministry have grown to deeply love and trust her.
