Igor Minenko has been a member of the Transform Uzhhorod Alliance since its beginning representing both RD Ministries and Light For The Nations Messianic Community. He has also been a part of Ukraine Collective opening our second IDP center on the day of the invasion on February 23, 2022. This woman and her daughter have been staying in their center for ten months and will now return to Kyiv to join her husband who had returned earlier. This family have been IDPs twice now. They first fled their home in Luhansk in 2014 when Russia first invaded. And then left Kyiv when Russia invaded last year for the second time. Rebuilding lives is what the Ukraine Collective is all about.
