Dmytro Holub leads the construction team from Svaboda Church (Apostolove) in building the homes for 23 families in the Huta and Velyki Lazy IDP Communities. Originally they had come to build homes for IDPs, but then Apostolove came under attack and they became IDPs themselves. They and their families now live in the IDP homes built in Huta and are working on building the next homes in Velyki Lazy. After the war, the Velyki Lazy community will be used by the Alliance as a Leadership Retreat Center. Alliance members One Collective and New Hope Baptist Church will also partner together to plant a church in Velyki Lazy at the location’s clubhouse.
